Cedarville, Yellow Springs & Dayton Ohio

My Dayton area sessions take place in and around Cedarville, Ohio, where I’m lucky to be surrounded by beautiful natural spaces and some of my favorite places to photograph.

My home property in Cedarville is tucked alongside hickory woods with open space and beautiful natural light. It’s peaceful, relaxed, and changes beautifully with every season.

Beyond home, I also photograph at some incredible nearby locations throughout the Dayton area, including historic Yellow Springs, John Bryan State Park, local nature reserves, and a few tucked-away favorite spots I’ve discovered over the years.

Some locations are well loved local landmarks. Others are quieter little hidden corners I keep in my back pocket for the right session. Those special places often end up being favorites.

One of my favorite things about photographing near Dayton is having so much variety close by. Woods, open fields, creek beds, trails, historic downtown Yellow Springs, and quiet tucked-away spaces all create something a little different depending on what feels like the best fit for your session.
